Senior Full Stack Ruby-on-Rails Developer

MemberHub is building the first socially-minded commerce network in the US. We are making commerce a force for good, where individuals can support the causes they care about through everyday purchases. We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our fast growing startup with significant growth opportunities. As a lead, you will work with the VP of Engineering to help drive the architecture and implementation of high impact software.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

  • Building for and integrating with various third-party APIs

Sales and Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales and Customer Success Representative that thrives in a high impact startup sales environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and will get in on the ground floor of our rapidly growing sales team with multiple career paths available.
 

Your day-to-day will include:

 

Consultative Selling:

  • Develop new sales opportunities with MemberHub’s top 500 schools through cold prospecting, lead generation and follow up

  • Work with existing customers to maintain and increase business

  • Schedule and conduct virtual demos to demonstrate MemberHub’s functionality, answer questions, and gather input

  • Educate customers on the value and benefits of MemberHub’s paid features and partner relationships, and help them decide what type of product is best for them

  • Convert organizations to paid product features and partner relationships

  • Achieve revenue targets/quotas by bringing in orders and closing sales

Relationship Management:

  • Build & strengthen customer relationships 

  • Serve as brand ambassador for MemberHub, reaching out to the leaders of your target organizations to introduce them to our value proposition, mission, and values.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MemberHub’s product and services; become a product expert

We're looking for an experienced, consumer-focused product manager with a passion for social impact to help lead our efforts. You'll work closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch, lead and execute key initiatives, and contribute to product strategy. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, work hard on products in a newly forming market, and have fun doing it.

 

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Own features and products end-to-end, working cross-functionally to manage roadmaps, prioritize features, and execute towards business goals

  • Analyze key metrics and share insights to drive product decisions

  • Extract feedback from users and internal team members to develop a strong pulse for what customers want

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities from qualitative and quantitative user research, and competitive analysis

We are looking for a resourceful and energetic Customer Support Representative that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our customer experience and satisfaction objectives and will get in on the ground floor of our rapidly growing team with multiple career paths available. Customer Support:

  • Field incoming customer support emails and live chats in a timely and efficient manner

  • Identify common help requests and maintain support macros to expedite responses

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide expertise and insight

  • Work with Developers and Product Managers to identify feature requests and deliver customer solutions

  • Generate and deliver reports for customer service insight analysis

  • Offer suggestions and insights from analysis to help guide organization decision makers
