Sales Account Executive

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Account Executive that thrives in a high impact startup sales environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and will get in on the ground floor of our rapidly growing sales team with multiple career paths available.
 

Your day-to-day will include:

 

Consultative Selling:

  • Develop new sales opportunities with MemberHub’s top 500 schools through cold prospecting, lead generation and follow up

  • Work with existing customers to maintain and increase business

  • Schedule and conduct virtual demos to demonstrate MemberHub’s functionality, answer questions, and gather input

  • Educate customers on the value and benefits of MemberHub’s paid features and partner relationships, and help them decide what type of product is best for them

  • Convert organizations to paid product features and partner relationships

  • Achieve revenue targets/quotas by bringing in orders and closing sales

Relationship Management:

  • Build & strengthen customer relationships 

  • Serve as brand ambassador for MemberHub, reaching out to the leaders of your target organizations to introduce them to our value proposition, mission, and values.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MemberHub’s product and services; become a product expert

  • Enhance the reputation of MemberHub, improving the likelihood of referral of our services to others
     

Position Requires:

  • Entrepreneurial work ethic; you can work independently and constantly strive to find the best leads, secure meetings, solve customer pain points and close business quickly

  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office applications and HubSpot or similar CRM

  • Must be teachable and a quick study

  • Maintain minimum levels of cold calls and product demonstrations.

  • College Degree (BA/BS) Preferred

  • 2-5 years’ experience and proven success in a previous comparable Inside sales position

 

Bonus points for:

  •  Understanding of SaaS, technology or Ed Tech Industry

  •  Interest in solving challenges and having an impact in new team campaigns and initiatives

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary contingent on level of experience plus sales commissions

Our frictionless technology and broad network enable individuals to earn cashback for themselves and their favorite causes as they shop normally at over 40,000 retailers. Consumers can choose their favorite cause to support automatically from among 1M+ participating causes.

Job description

We are looking for a resourceful and empathetic Customer Support Representative that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our customer experience and satisfaction objectives and will get in on the ground floor of our rapidly growing team with multiple career paths available. Your day-to-day will include:

Customer Support:

  • Field incoming customer support emails and live chats in a timely and efficient manner

  • Identify common help requests and maintain support macros to expedite responses

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide expertise and insight

  • Manage help center product documentation/articles

  • Communicate with software integration partners to stay up-to-date on technical issues

  • Work with Developers and Product Managers to identify feature requests and deliver customer solutions

 

Relationship Management:

  • Build & strengthen customer relationships through consistent and pleasant customer experiences 

  • Serve as brand ambassador for MemberHub, exemplifying our value proposition, mission, and values through every interaction

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MemberHub’s product and services; become a product expert

Requirements:

Junior Software Developer

We are looking for Junior Software Developers to join our growing team. The right person will help move the Givebacks platform to the next level. You’ll be working as part of a skilled, collaborative team to jointly design and implement high visibility, consumer facing applications. This is an ideal job if you are just starting your career in software development and you want to be part of a small, intensely skilled team, who feel total ownership of their work, and can’t imagine a day without learning & coding. You will play a crucial role in building the Givebacks platform and everything you do will matter.

A day in the life:

  • Build awesome products with a purpose

  • Build and own applications impacting our employees and customers 

  • Work as a team to get code reviewed and completed

  • Assist with customer support related technical needs

  • Act as the initial point of contact for escalated technical issues with existing products

  • Assist with internal marketing and sales ops that need technical solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • A collaborative and can-do attitude to help product development and customer-facing teams move the ball forward

  • Comfortable with a flexible agile working environment (moving cards through swim lanes, estimating, retrospectives)

 

Position requires:

  • Desire for continuous learning and growing as a developer

  • Ability to take on tasks and ask for feedback and help

  • Proficiency in web development languages such as JavaScript, html, css.

  • Knowledge of React and common tools used in React Ecosystem such as Node.js, npm, yarn, ui libraries, etc.
